这几天，无论是经过ETS宽大的似乎无边无际并且美丽的让人窒息的campus，还是徜徉于她现代舒适且自带精致餐厅的办公楼中，亦或看到她的员工下午三四点就可以下班回家并且每年享有很长的带薪年假，我都会想这是个什么样的出题机构，直到今天听到了ETS的Assessment Specialist Barbara K. Suomi开宗明义，告知我们其理念："The creation of good, defensible items is an intense and lengthy process. It is usually best to work in teams, assigning members responsibilities for the
