1 老师可以制定学习方法和设计功课来提高孩子的学习能力，从而开发智力。School teachers can devise teaching methods and design assignments to improve young students’study capacity, thus developing their intelligence.
2 老师可以通过各种团队活动，给孩子们提供与同伴相处的机会，指导他们如何组织与合作
Teachers can provide their students with the opportunity to communicate with peers by various team activities in which they can give guidance to children’s organization and cooperation ability.
3 老师比家长有更多与孩子相处的时间。Children spend a larger amount of time in school with their teachers rather than with their parents.
不同意（家长比老师对孩子的智力和社交能力发展更有影响）：
1家长可以指导孩子完成作业，和孩子们共同参与能够提高技能的课外活动。Parents can offer instructions to help children with their homework, as well as participate in extracurricular activities with children which can enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
2 家长在与别人的接触中，他们的行为会影响孩子。When parents are involved in social activities with other people, they will set a role model in terms of etiquette and behavior for their children.
3 在大多数情况下，家长比老师更了解孩子，也更愿意投入精力去教育孩子。In most cases, parents know better about their own children, and are more willing to devote energy and time to the development of their children.
